A new learning platform from the European Chip Skills Academy (ECSA) aims to address the critical and growing talent shortage in Europe's semiconductor sector. The initiative offers approximately sixty free courses alongside career opportunity connections, seeking to strengthen the continent's industrial ecosystem.
The platform is a direct response to current and projected workforce gaps, a major bottleneck for Europe's strategic ambitions in chip manufacturing and design.
