The company seeks a full-time Senior Finance Manager to support its growth ambitions and strategic initiatives.

The role encompasses a broad set of financial and strategic responsibilities. Core duties include managing day-to-day accounting in coordination with an external tax consultant, overseeing cash flow, and preparing budgets, forecasts, and business plans. The manager will serve as primary contact for external service providers and tax matters (with consultant support), deliver monthly reports and ad-hoc analyses, and ensure legal, regulatory, and corporate compliance. Beyond traditional finance tasks, the position involves directly supporting strategic business development decisions and contributing to special projects such as funding applications. Regular reporting to and communication with the management team is central.

Candidates should hold at least a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a master’s degree or MBA preferred. Four to five years of experience in consulting or a finance/controlling department is required, along with a strong grasp of management processes, excellent analytical abilities, and a hands-on, interdisciplinary mindset. Your responsibilities:

• Management of the current accounting in cooperation with the tax consultant

• Communication with and reporting to the management team

• Cash flow management

• Preparation of budgets and forecasts

• Preparation of business plans

• First point of contact for external service providers

• First point of contact for any tax issues (with support of tax consultant)

• Preparation of monthly reporting and various ad-hoc analyses

• Ensure legal, regulatory and corporate policy compliance

• Support in strategic business development decisions

• Participation in various strategic topics & special projects such as funding applications

Your qualifications:

• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or similar, MSc/MBA preferrable

• 4-5 years of experience in consulting or in a finance and/or controlling department

• Very good understanding of management processes

• Very good analytical skills

• Interdisciplinary and out-of-the-box thinking, hands-on mentality

• Very good Excel skills

• Excellent English skills
