SKEMA Business School has appointed Eric Caen as its new Chief AI, IT & Digital Transformation Officer, reporting directly to Director General Alice Guilhon and joining the school's Executive Committee.
The 60-year-old executive brings a diverse career in digital leadership to the role. He co-founded video game publisher Titus Interactive in 1985, which grew to become the world's 12th-largest publisher before dissolving in 2005. Subsequently, he held senior digital transformation positions at major corporations including McDonald’s (2011-2015), Veon (2015-2016), CMA CGM (2017-2018), and most recently Crédit Agricole SA (2020-2024), where he oversaw digital and AI strategy for more than 90 entities.
At SKEMA, Caen will lead the information systems department and oversee the school’s AI Innovation Center in Montréal, established in 2019. His appointment is a key component of SKEMA’s strategic plan, UNVEIL 2025-2030, underscoring the institution's commitment to integrating artificial intelligence and digital transformation across its global operations.

Âgé de 60 ans, il a débuté sa carrière en co-fondant Titus Interactive en 1985, éditeur de jeux vidéo devenu le 12e mondial avant sa dissolution en 2005. Il a ensuite occupé des postes de direction digitale dans des groupes de tailles et de secteurs variés : McDonald’s (2011-2015), Veon (2015-2016), CMA CGM (2017-2018) et Crédit Agricole SA (2020-2024), où il supervisait la stratégie digitale et IA de plus de 90 entités.
À SKEMA, il prend en charge la direction des systèmes d’information ainsi que le Centre d’innovation en IA de Montréal, créé en 2019. Cette nomination s’inscrit dans le cadre du plan stratégique UNVEIL 2025-2030 de l’école.
