Thales lance la première carte biométrique agréée par le réseau CB en France
法国泰雷兹集团（Thales）近日宣布，其推出的生物识别支付卡已获得法国CB银行卡网络（Groupement des Cartes Bancaires）的官方认证。这是法国首款获得此类认证的生物识别支付卡，标志着该国在非接触式支付安全领域迈出关键一步。

Thales has secured approval from France's CB payment network to deploy biometric payment cards nationwide, marking a significant step for contactless transactions. The cards feature an embedded fingerprint sensor, allowing users to authenticate payments by touch without needing a PIN for transactions under the €50 contactless limit.
This innovation enhances security by directly linking authorization to the cardholder's biometric data, reducing fraud risks associated with lost or stolen cards. Notably, the system requires no changes to existing payment terminals, facilitating rapid adoption.
