French AI consultancy Singulier is merging with German firm Ommax to create a larger European player in AI consulting.

The deal brings together two companies positioned around the same market opportunity: helping businesses design, deploy and scale artificial intelligence use cases. Singulier, founded in France, has built a reputation in digital strategy and AI advisory, while Ommax brings a German footprint and complementary consulting capabilities. Together, they aim to form a pan-European group with greater scale, broader geographic reach and stronger credibility in a market where demand for AI expertise is accelerating.

The merger reflects a wider trend in Europe’s consulting and tech services sector, where firms are consolidating to compete with larger international players and to meet rising enterprise demand for AI transformation. By combining their teams and client bases, Singulier and Ommax expect to strengthen their ability to support companies across strategy, implementation and operational adoption of AI.
