法国初创公司TheEye System开发了一套创新的工业检测系统，专用于热成型部件（如金属铸件）的即时质量检测。该系统在部件刚刚出模、仍处于高温状态时，便同步进行热成像和偏振成像数据采集，整个过程耗时不足一秒。
采集到的多维图像数据随即由深度学习网络进行分析，以判断部件是否合格。该系统的核心在于其质量判定模型并非完全预先设定，而是通过持续学习构建的：系统会不断吸收生产过程中人工专家的判定经验，随着新部件的生产，模型得以持续优化和演进。这意味着系统能逐步适应复杂的生产环境与细微的质量标准变化，实现更精准、自动化的在线检测。
THEYEQ (2023) System Enables Real-Time, AI-Powered Quality Control for Hot Manufactured Parts
TheEye System performs unconventional thermal and polarimetric imaging on hot parts immediately after they exit the mold. The measurement is completed in under one second. The resulting data is analyzed by a deep learning network to infer part conformity.
The system's quality model is not pre-programmed with fixed rules. Instead, it is built through machine learning that continuously incorporates human expertise. This learning process evolves in real-time alongside production, as new parts are manufactured and assessed.
TheEye System réalise l’imagerie non-conventionnelle thermique et polarimétrique sur pièces chaudes, dès la sortie du moule. La mesure est réalisée en moins d’une seconde. Les données des mesures sont analysées par un réseau de Deep Learning afin d’inférer la conformité des pièces. Le modèle de la notion de qualité est construit par apprentissage à partir de l’expertise humaine, au fur et à mesure de la production de nouvelles pièces.
